Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information on legendmediaprint.com — in plain English.

Last updated: June 30, 2026

1. Introduction & Scope

Legend Media & Print ("Legend Media & Print," "we," "us") is a print and branding studio based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit legendmediaprint.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us — when you request a quote, submit our contact or project-intake forms, or email or call us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, project details, and any files or content you choose to send us (for example, logos, artwork, or mailing lists for a print job).

Information collected automatically — when you browse the site, we and our providers automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the site that referred you, through cookies, pixels, and standard server logs.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — sets _fbp (and _fbc if you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad). It measures actions on our site and lets us show relevant ads on Meta platforms.
  • Google Analytics 4 & Google Ads (being added soon) — measure site traffic and ad performance; set cookies such as _ga and _gcl_*.
  • Functional storage — our project-intake form saves your progress in your browser's local storage on your device; it is not sent to us until you submit the form.

You control non-essential cookies through our cookie banner (Accept / Decline) and your browser settings. EU/EEA/UK visitors are asked to opt in before these cookies load; elsewhere they are active by default and you may opt out at any time using the banner or the "Cookie Preferences" link in our footer. You can also opt out via Meta ad preferences, Google Ad Settings, and optout.aboutads.info.

4. How We Use Your Information

To respond to quotes and inquiries; produce, manage, and deliver your print and branding projects; provide customer service; follow up about your inquiry and occasionally send updates or offers (every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link); measure and improve our site and advertising; and for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We do not currently collect newsletter sign-ups through this site.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with providers that help us run our business, including: Web3Forms (processes our contact and intake form submissions), Meta and Google (advertising and analytics), our web hosting provider, and our email and communication tools. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Client Data We Handle on Your Behalf

For print, direct-mail, or design jobs, you may provide customer lists or other data. That data remains yours — we use it only to complete your project and do not sell it or reuse it for our own marketing.

7. Your Choices & Opt-Outs

  • Email: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email to stop receiving them.
  • Cookies / ads: use our cookie banner, your browser controls, or the Meta and Google opt-outs above.
  • Your data: email us to access, update, or delete information you have given us.

8. Your Privacy Rights (U.S. State Laws)

Depending on your state of residence — for example California (CCPA/CPRA), and Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others — you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale or sharing" of your data. Pennsylvania does not yet have a comprehensive privacy law. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below; we will not charge you or treat you differently for doing so.

9. Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep inquiry and project data only as long as needed to do the work and to meet legitimate business and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

10. Children, Third-Party Links, Changes & Contact

Our site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites we link to. We may update this policy and will post the new "Last updated" date here.
